Peter M. Villari

Peter Villari, an equity partner and senior trial counsel at Villari, Brandes & Kline, graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from LaSalle College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, before earning his law degree from Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. While at Dickinson, Peter actively participated in the trial moot court and was undefeated during his time in the program. Peter also clerked for a Pennsylvania state senator while in law school.

Paul D. Brandes

Paul, an equity partner at Villari, Brandes & Kline, is a senior litigator and trial attorney for the firm, and heads the firm's litigation department.  He received his college degree in 1985 from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.  After graduating, he worked for two years for the Council on Economic Priorities, a public interest research organization in New York City. There, Paul co-authored two books on nuclear arms control, Security without Star Wars and Banning Nuclear Tests.

David B. Kline

David is an equity partner at Villari, Brandes & Kline. David earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law in 1990. He began his legal career while still in law school. For two years he served as the head law clerk of a 125-attorney insurance defense firm in Philadelphia, where he gained valuable experience before accepting a full-time attorney position. In 1993 David was recruited to work in a plaintiff's personal injury litigation firm.

Theresa L. Giannone

Theresa is an equity partner at Villari, Brandes, & Kline. Theresa graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1992, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with high distinction. She then went on to the Widener University School of Law, where she received her law degree with honors in 1995. Among Theresa's various areas of specialization, she represents the victims of medical negligence, tractor-trailer collisions and other major personal injury matters. Her dedication to her clients, and persistent efforts on their behalf, are two of her most valued assets.

Deanna Tanner

Deanna was educated at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1987 she received dual undergraduate degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with Honors from the College of Arts and Science and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School.

Jeff Gutkowski, Esq.

Jeff Gutkowski is an associate within the complex litigation department of Villari, Brandes & Kline. Jeff graduated cum laude from The Beasley School of Law at Temple University and received the Terrence H. Klasky Memorial Award for academic excellence in banking, financial institutions and consumer protection.

Nicole T. Matteo

Nicole Matteo is an associate who joined the complex litigation department of Villari, Brandes & Kline in 2007. Nicole's practice focuses on medical malpractice and other catastrophic personal injury cases on behalf of the firm's injured clients and their families. From the start of her legal career, Nicole has consistently devoted unyielding efforts to help those who have suffered catastrophic injuries.
